Order Acceptance An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by production schedules, carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges All returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy and require prior RMA approval.

Intellectual Property All content on the site (text, images, designs, logos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Aunomay and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission except for personal, non-commercial use.

User Submissions By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Aunomay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our business.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration may be conducted in Delaware or remotely. You and Aunomay waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized use claims.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceedings (where arbitration does not apply) shall be exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order or use applies. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
