At Aunomay, we carefully prepare and ship each order. Many of our pieces are produced or finished after you place your order so we can maintain quality and reduce excess inventory.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Limited-release or made-to-order styles may require additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free or promotional shipping may apply to qualifying orders.

Estimated Transit Times (after shipment)

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (or longer depending on destination and customs clearance)

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, holidays, or production schedules beyond our control.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For all international shipments, you are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or related charges assessed by your country’s authorities. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.

If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are not obligated to issue a refund or reship the order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact [email protected] within 6 hours of placing your order. Once processing or production has begun, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.

Returns – Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects or production errors
  • Wrong item shipped

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind, preference, or fit issues (when the item was produced and shipped as ordered)
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that are inherent to the production process
  • Final sale, clearance, limited-run, or custom items (unless there is a verified manufacturing defect)
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, missing original tags, or not in original packaging

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (required for defect claims).
  2. If approved, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  4. Unauthorized returns (without RMA) will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Fee

  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for cash refunds.
  • The fee is waived if you choose store credit or an exchange, or if the return is due to our error (wrong item or manufacturing defect).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Aunomay is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered at our discretion and subject to product availability, primarily for manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, clearance, or limited edition are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
