You can edit the billing address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. The billing address can’t be edited once payment info is submitted.

Note: The billing address won’t affect the shipment of your order. If you already paid but want to change it, you may cancel the current order then repurchase.

  1.  Your order was canceled automatically within 12 hours due to payment timeout.
  2. We may cancel your order if we didn’t receive the documents using for verifying your payment as mentioned in the previous email.
  3. When items of your order are not available, we may cancel your order if we didn’t receive your replacement request.
  4. If the items you purchased are from different warehouses at the same time, there are two orders generated. If the 2 orders are enjoying same promotion activity, the other order will be canceled together if you cancel one of it.

If you didn’t find your order in your AUNOMAY account, it may be because:

1. The order may have been deleted by accident, in which case you may restore the deleted order from ‘Order Recycle Bin’, if that is available to you.

2. You may have logged in to the wrong account, in which case we suggest you re-try with another login method, such as logging in with ‘Facebook’ or ‘Google’.

Note: On our site, accounts can be registered by customers’ email, Facebook account, or Google account, respectively may be generated 3 different accounts. Please find out under which account you made the order, and make sure you log in to the correct account.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may follow the steps below to update your shipping address:

1. Go to ‘My orders‘ in your AUNOMAY app or us.shein.com.

2. Select an order that has not yet shipped and needs its shipping address updated, then click ‘Order Details‘.

Note: If your order is shipped through joint shipping, the other orders’ address for joint shipping may be modified together when one of orders’ address modified.

3. Next, from the ‘Shipping Information‘ section, click ‘Edit‘ to change your address. When you have finished revising the address, be sure to click ‘SAVE‘. It should be noted that each not-yet-shipped order can only be modified once.

If your order has already shipped and address changes are no longer allowed, you must use DHL’s same-city Redirect Package service to reroute the delivery. If your order’s shipping provider is not DHL, you may find your provider’s contact information in ‘TRACK‘, and contact them directly to request a shipping address update.

Modifying shipping address:

1. For unshipped orders, you can click edit your shipping address via “My Orders“.

2. For already shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

Changing sizes:

1. For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in “My Orders” and place a new one with the correct size.

2. For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact our customer service for changing sizes.

Note: Cooperative brand order don’t support exchange of the item(s)

3. For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. We recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order.

Once your order has been paid for, the warehouse typically needs 1-3 days to process it. However, certain items within your order may require longer-than-normal processing times, which could result in a later shipping time on your overall order.

If you would like to more quickly receive those items in your order that do not have extended processing times, you may cancel the longer-processing item(s) for a refund. Your remaining items will then be shipped out to you immediately.

To view your order’s estimated arrival time, please click ‘My orders‘ then ‘TRACK‘ For every order of yours that does not arrive by its expected date, our free On-Time Delivery Guarantee service will grant you 500 SHEIN points. You can cancel your order on the ‘My Orders’ page before it ships out. Note: 1. We’re not able to cancel an order that has been shipped.
